Published 4 months ago • 1 min read

Hey there, Reader!

It's here! It's finally here!

After several weeks of hard work, I'm delighted to announce that my art channel on YouTube has been revamped and revived. Hurray!

To celebrate, I'm excited to share with you a brand new video tutorial titled Easy watercolour galaxy for beginners 🎨 Paint with me.

This step-by-step watercolour tutorial is perfect for beginners and hobbyists. In it, you learn:

  • How to paint a dreamy, celestial watercolour galaxy and a pine tree forest
  • How to blend colours using the wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry techniques
  • How to paint stars using white gouache and the splattering technique

So if you're looking for something new to paint, I encourage you to join me in the video so that you can paint along with me!

Make sure you stick around until the end of the video because something unexpected happened when I got to the end of the painting.

"What happened?" you ask yourself with curious wonder.

Well, I don't want to spoil the surprise here. Let's just say that I share with you a BIG lesson about watercolour brushes and water control.

It's an important lesson that all watercolour artists should learn because it'll help you make smart choices whenever you sit down to create a new watercolour painting.

So I hope you enjoy watching this week's video, Reader!

Happy painting and I'll talk to you again soon,

Your art instructor,

Miranda

For instance, you can use them with water to create a painting. You can apply them as a dry medium so that they mimic coloured pencils. Or you...
